VICKY KELLER On May 10, 2017, we lost one of our family pillars, Victoria Nykoluk Keller, at the age of 85. She is survived by her sons Brian, Richard, and Gary; daughter-in-law Margaret; and grandchildren Susan, Jayne, and Katherine. She was predeceased by her husband Peter, daughter Lori Anne, her parents William and Pauline, and sister Anne. Mom grew up in Winnipeg, marrying Peter in 1952. They resided on Cathedral Avenue raising their three sons until 1974 when Peter was transferred to Montreal. Mom created a beautiful, welcoming home in Montreal where neighbours and friends gathered for her perogies, holubtsi, and home grown tomatoes. Mom enjoyed gardening and was known for her ferns and geraniums. Due to health problems, Mom returned to Winnipeg in December to be closer to family. The family would like to thank Michael and Anne in Montreal for their companionship and help they gave Mom over the years. We would also like to thank Dr. Gill and the Seven Oaks Intensive Care Unit for the care that they provided to Mom. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to CancerCare Manitoba. A funeral service will be held for Vicky on Friday, May 19 at 10:30 a.m. at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main Street with the Rev. Fr. Volodymyr Bashutsky officiating. Interment to follow in All Saints Cemetery. Chrystos Voskres! KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-956-2193 www.korbanchapel.com
