MARION ISABEL PEARCE July 13, 1915 - May 28, 2017 With sad hearts we announce the passing of Marion, at age 101 and 10 months, with her family by her side. Marion lived a long life, mostly happy and healthy, due to her positive personality, great spirit, and joie de vivre, still playing bridge at age 101. She lost her first husband, Allan Philips, after 49 years together in 1990. She remarried, at age 86, to Lorne Pearce for another happy six years until his passing in 2007. She is survived by two sons, David Philips (wife Noel) and Cameron Philips (wife Carmen), only grandson James Philips (wife Tami), and two great-grandsons, Nicholas Philips and Zachary Philips. She is also survived by her sisters, Kay Eastwood and Joyce Nightingale, her brother, Bill Martin (wife Myrna), her brother-in-law, Walter Tough, as well as many special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by many of her dear family and friends. She will be missed greatly and remembered always.
