JOE (JOSEPH) KELLNER It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Joe (Joseph) Kellner on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the St. Boniface Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Joe was predeceased by his first wife, Joan, daughter, Kathy and his siblings. Joe will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Mary, and his children; Debbie (Brian) Baxter, Darren (Lorraine), and Mark (Jackie), as well as four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. McClure and staff of 8th Floor Palliative Care for keeping Joe comfortable during his stay. In keeping with Joe's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Drive. So sorry to hear, Mary, and I missed the service. Just got back from my trip last night and didn't get to paper until just now. First knew Joe and Joan in early 80s when Mark was young, lately better acquainted with Prendergast group. Joe was the heart of that organization and will be missed by many.
