WALTER (LODGE) MUDLO May 9, 1934 - June 30, 2017 Peacefully, with his wife and daughter by his side, Walter "Lodge" Mudlo passed away on June 30, 2017 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by his parents Anna (Mudlo) Kruk, father Maxim, stepfather Michael Kruk, brother Jerry Kruk, and sister-in-law Ruth Kruk, in-laws Andrew and Dorothy Legin, and brother-in-law Roman Kostyshyn. Walter is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Yvonne, daughter Donna (Larry) Lagace, and his adoring and beloved grandchildren, Philip, Marc and Renée. He is also survived by sisters-in-law Olive Kostyshyn, Nadia (Jim) Carrigan, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was a long time member of Knights of Columbus, Elmhurst Golf and Country Club, and bowler at Chateau Lanes. He volunteered actively with the perogy and bingo groups at Holy Eucharist Parish. Upon retirement in 1991, after 38 years of employment at C.N.R., Walter and Yvonne enjoyed many winters in Corpus Christi. Funeral Divine Liturgy will be celebrated by Fr. Michael Kwiatkowski on Friday, July 14, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Eucharist Parish, 505 Watt St., followed by interment at All Saints Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined.
