Deepest sympathy to his wife and family on hearing another good dance musician leaving the old Tyne dancing community. We enjoyed Ted and his Highway 6 dance band over the last 13 years that we've been dancing. His smiling face, good voice, sax and guitar playing will be greatly missed. - Posted by: Wendy and Denis (Dancer friends) on: Jul 23, 2017

It's so hard to believe, that Uncle Ted has left our world. So enjoyed his enthusiasm and love for playing his several music instruments. He was quick to encourage me, in studying guitar and I so appreciated that. Praying for courage, peace, strength as you grieve your great loss. To Mrs Felbel and Family, My parents (Robert and Dorothy Scarth) have been long time neighbours. Our family will never forget Mr Felbel's kindness when our father could no longer drive and Mr Felbel offered to take him wherever he needed to go. We were greatly saddened to learn of the passing of this thoughtful, good neighbour and extend our sincere sympathy to the family at this difficult time. - Posted by: Lorna Sanderson (nee Scarth) (neighbour) on: Jul 19, 2017
