JOSEPH FURDYK, SR. January 28, 1942 - July 30, 2017 With great sadness we announce the passing of Joe Furdyk Sr., aged 75 years, grandfather, father, brother, uncle, friend and beloved husband of the late Gail. Joe passed peacefully in his home, surrounded by family, on July 30, 2017. He will be dearly missed by his four children (and their spouses), eight grandchildren, two siblings and many other dear relatives, friends and co-workers. Joe was a real outdoorsman, an avid hunter, fisherman and gardener. A celebration of his life will take place from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, August 11, 2017 at the Holy Eucharist Parish Hall, Selkirk, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joe's name to CancerCare Manitoba. Condolences may be left at www.gilbartfuneralhome.com Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
