MARJORIE POLLOCK It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marjorie Joan Pollock on Wednesday, August 23, 2017. Marjorie was born January 4, 1925 and had a long and happy life. After graduating from Kelvin High School she worked awhile in Winnipeg and was a member of many different sports clubs where she swam, golfed and skied. Moving to Minneapolis in the 1950s, she remained in the area the rest of her life, with her last job being in the office at Northwest Airlines. Marge was a quiet, kind person who always treated people with respect. She passed away peacefully from congestive heart failure at the Talahi Care Home in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where she was well liked by all the staff. Marge will be greatly missed by her brother Bill and nephew Sub. A small graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 30 at 3:30 p.m. at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg.
