Her favourite pastimes included reading, gardening, and spending time with her precious granddoggies Charlie, Sako, and Zephyr. She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Jozef, and by her three siblings in Poland. She leaves behind beloved children John (Jadwiga) and Alicja (Gary), cherished granddaughters Michelle (Daniel) and Nicole, as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Canada and Poland. Her family would like to thank Dr. Speer, and the staff at Selkirk Regional Health Centre for their sympathetic care.
