Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSE MARIE (MONA) ANTOINE (nee SOLTYS) It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Rose Marie Antoine on Friday, November 10, 2017, at the Grace Hospital, at the age of 63 years. Mona will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ernie; sons, Joey, Randy and Danny; sisters, Judy, Irene and Susan (Sherwood), brother, John (Bertha); and sisters-in-law, Valerie (Al) and Marie-Rose (Paul), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mona's love of family will always be remembered. Mona was a dedicated worker, spending 43 years employed at Canadian Footwear, where she enjoyed serving many customers and friends. Though in ill health for many years, Mona's kind and loving heart beat strongly for all of us. Her Mona Lisa smile will forever be missed. Prayers will be held on Thursday, November 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street. A funeral service celebrating her life will be held on Friday, November 17 at 10:00 a.m. also in the Coutu Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Mona may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6. Please accept my sincere sympathy. I worked with Mona for several years at Canadian Footwear. Mona was a kind and sensitive person. She spoke with such love and kindness when she spoke of her family.
