My deepest sympathy to you, Denise. It is so very hard to lose someone you love. I used to pop in to Family Foods to say "hi" to Bruce, when he worked there. He cut me some fine roasts. Take care. - Posted by: Betty Safeway (Friend from Safeway) on: Dec 12, 2017

Our family grew up with the Instance Family from Sisler High School. Bruce was always a great athlete and one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Our paths crossed many times over the years, through golfing, Thunder Bay and through our work. Each time our paths crossed, it felt like we just picked up where we last left off. A great friend and a person I will truly miss. - Posted by: Barry Denesiuk (Friend) on: Dec 07, 2017

I had the privilege of getting to know Bruce over the past 4 years as his neighbour. He soon became a friend! We immediately felt his caring nature as he offered to mow our lawn, surprise us with delicious Christmas snacks and simply be one of the best neighbours ever. Thank you for always looking out for us. We will certainly miss you!! - Posted by: Janelle Braun (Neighbour / Friend) on: Dec 07, 2017

Bruce was a wonderfully dedicated father and golfer. He loved his family deeply and had to go through the loss of his daughter, Darci, only two years ago with that damn cancer. Sorry for the loss of Bruce- glad I had a chance to say goodbye last summer while he was still competing at the Manitoba Seniors. I will try to post an image of him. - Posted by: Mike Lagace (Friend) on: Dec 06, 2017
