MARK LLEWELLYN HODGE It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mark Llewellyn Hodge, at the age of 51. Mark is survived by his father William Alexander Hodge; his children, Carmaine (fiance Edan) and Tiffany (Joe); grandchildren, Arilyn and Brylee-Rose; as well as brother Brian (Julie), sister Cheryl (Ken, Jessica and Sam, Miles, Lochley, Kris and Jocelyn, Everett), and brother Ken (Lucille, Ken and Katie, Brendan). He was predeceased by his mother Eileen, and his daughter Katarina. Mark was a huge sports fan, and watched the Jets and Bombers faithfully. In fact, there was no noise allowed during these games. He was always blazing a trail, whether in his life or with his bike. He did life his way. Never on time when riding his bike, except for work. He loved classic rock and had a great sense of humour, always finding fun in life. Mark was a fiercely loyal person to those he loved, and always asked his dad and others if there was anything he could do for them. It was his nature, as he didn't care about material things, but cared about people. He made friends everywhere he went, was easy to be around, and he was loved by all. Mark was a loving and protective son, brother, father and grandfather, who was his children's rock, and who enjoyed spending time with his family. We feel so blessed to have had him as part of our lives. Special thank you to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital for taking such great care of Mark. Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Living Word Temple, 467 Manitoba Ave. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Never Alone Foundation, PO Box 51064, RPO Tyndall, Winnipeg, MB R2X 3C6.
