Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLAIRE SMITH July 1, 1953 - December 24, 2017 Sadly and suddenly after a brief but hard fought battle with cancer, our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt was called upon by the Lord to join His birthday choir. Left to cherish her memory are her three sons, Mark (Pamela), Rick (Annette) and Derek. Her grandchildren, Jodi, Alyssa, Kristian, McKenzie-Raine, Jazmin, Jessica, Amber and Danielle. Sister Diane and brothers, Raymond and Leo. She was predeceased by her parents, Gerry and Doris Gamelin, and by her brother Reynald Smith. As per her wishes, a cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held on January 6 in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, located at 680 Archibald Street. Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. followed by a gathering of friends and family. E.J.
