Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPIERRETTE KING February 21, 1954 - January 26, 2018 With great sadness we announce that Pierrette (née Allarie) passed away peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by family. Left to mourn are her loving husband Randy and sons, Ryan and Nick, along with members of the Allarie and King families. Pierrette grew up on the beautiful family farmstead along the Assiniboine River, north of St. Eustache. Her favourite moments were telling stories about her cherished childhood memories. Her parents were Annie and Pierre and along with siblings: Henry, Helen, Betty, Larry, Walter, Pauline, Lucille, DiAnne, René and Pierre, many adventures were had. Cremation will take place and a memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception in the Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald Street, Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Kidney Foundation of Canada or Health Sciences Centre Foundation (Dialysis Unit) would be appreciated. I’m so sorry to learn about Pierrette’s passing. We became good friends, raising our children together on Good Street, often having Ryan for sleepovers. We lost touch after we all moved to different homes but I often thought about Pierrette and the family, reminiscing about the good old days. My condolences to Randy, Ryan and Nicholas. I will always remember Pierrette with her Cheshire grin, the funny stories she told and her good grace. My deepest condolences to Randy, Ryan and Nick. I've considered her as my older sister because she supported me with a lot of things. She taught me a lot and made my world so bright and happy with all her jokes and stories.
