ROSA DA CONCEICAO ROCHA October 28, 1929 - February 11, 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother Rosa Da Conceicao Rocha on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at the age of 88. Rosa was born in Terceira, Azores, Portugal on October 28, 1929 to her parents, Francisco and Maria. She will be missed and remembered by her children and families: Fernando (Ines), Armando (Manuela), Fatima (Jose), Ernesto and Anna; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Vigil Prayers will be recited on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Parish, 181 Austin St. N., Winnipeg, MB. Interment in Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation in her memory.
