Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRENALD CHARTIER Peacefully, on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at the Selkirk Regional Health Centre, Renald Chartier, aged 73 years, of Selkirk, MB, beloved husband of Betty, passed away. He was predeceased by his mom and dad, Alma and Fortunat; sisters, Paulette (Dominic) Sera, Gracia (Laslo) Kretai; brother-in-law Aurelle Leblanc; and nephew Maurice. Left to mourn are his wife Betty (nee Kruk); four sisters, Claudette Leblanc, Pierette (Everette) Smith, Jeannine (Elfred) Perreault and Barb (Rick) Bohemier; two brothers, Gilles (Anita) Chartier and Jean-Paul (Louise) Chartier; as well as 107 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB, with Pastor Erik Parker officiating. Even though I was not real family dad (Ron) treated me like I was his own daughter. When ever he saw me or answered the phone he would always ask me "How are you doing my girls? How are my granddaughters?" He will always be remembered for his wonderful attitude and loving hugs! His fatherly love will also be missed.
