JULIANNE (JUDY) MARGARET KUZNIAK (nee HACKING) It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Julianne (Judy) Margaret Kuzniak, beloved wife of the late Peter Kuzniak, on March 11, 2018, at the age of 76 years. Judy is survived by her daughter Tara (Carl) Janeczko; grandson Bailey and granddaughter Tori; stepson Larry (Barb) Kuzniak; grandsons, Jakob and Michael; brothers, Wayne (Lydia), George, Richard (Phyllis), Murray (Mary Ellen), Dave (Lori-Ann); and sister Thelma Donald; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Judy was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Isabel; husband Peter; brother-in-law Ernest; brothers, Dennis and Norman; and nephew Randy. Judy was born January 14, 1942, in Selkirk, MB. She spent her early years on the family farm in Petersfield, MB later settling in Lockport, MB, with husband Peter. She was employed for over 30 years with Selkirk Mental Health Centre and spent her retirement years camping, fishing and watching her grandchildren's sports. Her favourite pasttimes were watching curling, spending time with family during holidays and her pets. She was always up for a game of 31 and enjoyed just being with her best friend and sister, Thelma. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation in Judy's name to Canadian Diabetes Association or Lung Association of Manitoba. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB.
