Michael was an extremely intelligent guy who knew how to re-engineer a cottage and boat house, loved the thrill of investing and always stood his ground when he knew he was right. He was a loved member of the squash club and set up his ‘office’ there after selling the wedding village business which he successfully ran for many years. He was known for helping anyone who asked no matter what the area of expertise was. He loved going to the cottage at lake of the woods with Linda and spent a lot of time catching squirrels and I remember his joy when he dropped them off unhurt at someone else’s dock on the mainland. He will be missed by many of his buds at the Winnipeg squash club. - Posted by: Robb and Jan Miles (Friends) on: Apr 07, 2018
