I remember going to visit the Kleemolas on a regular basis as my foster parents, Mr & Mrs Leys who were also Belgian -well he was, always took us over to visit. I remember riding around on the horse (maybe 3 of us on at a time) and seeing them at church the times we went. I am not on social media so this is where I will have to post my recollections of her kindness. - Posted by: Don Thomas (neighbour) on: Oct 09, 2019

Our families use to live across the street years ago on Lone Spruce Road. Most of the kids had a friend to play with, I had Karen, but our families we so big we all had someone. It was always our second home. Anytime I was over there I was always looked after, I had a second mom, remembering the baking she made was amazing! She was always looking after everyone, being the mom. I am sorry I couldn't be at the funeral but know my heart goes out to all the family. Hard loosing a mom. I was young but will always remember the Kleemola family. - Posted by: Sandra (Neighbor in amaranth) on: Apr 16, 2018
