GAIL OAKES (VINEHAM)

GAIL OAKES (nee VINEHAM) Peacefully on April 2, 2018, with family by her side. Gail was predeceased by her parents; husband Jim Oakes; sister Doreen Sinclair; and brothers, Bobby Vineham and Sonny Kirkup. She will be missed by her daughter Sheri Benson of Winnipeg; her son Don Fair of Victoria, BC; sisters, Roberta Morton and Gloria Vineham, both of Winnipeg and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Her life was most joyful when spending time with family, playing card games as a young girl and playing bingo later in life. With Jim by her side, they brought joy to others while volunteering at Pembina Place. No service at this time. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Special thanks to staff at Bethania Personal Care Home for their care and patience for the past three years.
