  • Congratulations my dear sister on your birthday and yours and Joe's anniversary today. Last week my Sherri sent me a picture of you in a beautiful frame. I have it in the family room and I always talk to you and throw you kisses. They don't come back so you must be getting them. I like to keep in touch with Joe as much as possible, just to know that he's ok. Sister it's been very hard for Joe to deal with you being away, he's taking one day at a time, we all know you both did things together and went everywhere together. When I hear your message on the recording I think you'll pick up any minute. I am so thankful that I got to spend time chatting on the phone with you. • I miss you so much my little sister.I think about our long phone calls every couple days. We always had so much to talk about, some of it would be new stories and some were repeats. We didn't care, we just liked hearing what we each had to say. Ivy was such a giving person, she liked to share. She has left a huge void in so many peoples hearts it's going to take some time to heal. Sister, I miss you so much and I'm looking forward to be with you again. RIP my sweet sis, love Fran & Den xoxo - Posted by: Fran Danko (sister) on: Jun 05, 2018

  • Sincerest sympathy on the loss of Ivy. She was a huge contributor to our local CWL group at Notre Dame. Could always be counted on to contribute and help out. She will be sorely missed. She and Regan always had a good laugh together whenever they saw each other-yes a wicked sense of humour!! The loss o her presence in Notre Dame Church will leave a huge gap. Genuine lady. - Posted by: Dianne and Regan Gaborieau (Friend) on: Apr 21, 2018

  • The memory I have of Mrs Kolbuch (or "Ivy" as Deb and I liked to address her in our many funny phone calls when we discussed our Mothers) is a beautiful lady with a wicked sense of humor (like her youngest daughter) to go along with her great laugh and adoring eyes. Debra and family, my heart goes out to you all. I also hope your Dad takes comfort in the support he will have around him during this time of mourning. God Bless xo - Posted by: Lise Munro (Close friend to daughter Debra) on: Apr 20, 2018
