WILLIAM (BILL) PRINS
Born: May 03, 1940
Date of Passing: Jan 07, 2018
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) PRINS May 3, 1940 - January 7, 2018 Bill passed away suddenly while vacationing in Mexico, a country he loved. Cremation has taken place; the ashes will be spread at places he loved. He leaves behind his wife of 50 years, Peggy; son Trevor, wife Tanya and two very special grandchildren Brooke and Natalie who were the apple of grandpa's eye; sisters Molly, Margaret, Audrey and their families, sister-in-law Sandi and husband Vince, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill graduated from St. Paul's College and University of Winnipeg spending his working years at Eatons and Sears. Bill had special passions, his wine making was legendary and tending to his flower gardens. There was fun and laughter renovating the cottage with Jim and Betti Canning, Gerry and Cathy Irving and friends thank you. Bill loved dancing at the "Forever Young Club" to the music of the 1950s and 1960s. He looked forward to the once a month breakfast meeting at "The Salisbury House" with the St. Paul's boys solving the world's problems. Long time friendships were rekindled. There will be no funeral but small gatherings over the summer to celebrate his legacy. Instead of donations or flowers, do an unsolicited act of kindness for some unfortunate soul.
