I knew Adele working at Canada Post and found out that we both lived in Westwood area so we became driving partners. The blizzard of 1986 we went to work and coming home we had to walk from Portage Ave down Rouge. We worked the midnight shift so all the people were walking down Rouge to catch the bus and we were going home. It was quite the scene. Then I moved to Abbotsford and kept in touch for awhile. I am sorry for your loss. Your mother was a strong lady and fantastic worker. - Posted by: Doris Fergusson (Co-worker and friend) on: Apr 28, 2018

My sister and I worked with Adele at Canada Post. Adaele was a very strong woman and a hard worker. We had many good times with her on the night shift. Annette ran into her a few times after retirement at the casino and enjoyed talking with her. Our heart felt condolences go out to her family. She will be missed. - Posted by: Sue & Annette (Co-Workers) on: Apr 28, 2018
