JO-ANNE BAGOT (BURKETT) After a courageous battle with cancer, it is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Jo-Anne Bagot, surrounded by the love of many family and friends, on Sunday, April 29, 2018, at the age of 64. She was lighter than air, a fierce fighter, stronger than steel and loved dearly - she made every person who crossed her path feel good about themselves. Left to forever cherish Jo-Anne's memory are her beloved husband Russell Bagot; her children, Shannon Boulanger (Trevor), Christina Dunlop (David) and Randy Bagot (Cindy); as well as her six grandchildren who she adored greatly: Colton and Evan, Kyla, Brooklyn and Noah, and Xavier. Jo-Anne will also be missed dearly by her siblings: Roy, Herbie, Judy, Patti, Heather, stepsister Ronalee, and her sisters-in-law, Norma and Eileen. Jo-Anne had a vibrant personality, a contagious laugh and gave the greatest gift of friendship to many. She was everyone's mom and loved with all her heart. She left a huge mark on all of our lives. A 'Celebration of Life' will be held on Tuesday, May 8 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Oak Bluff Rec Hall at 101 MacDonald Rd. (Hwy. 3). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jo-Anne's honour to CancerCare Manitoba or the Never Alone Foundation.
