Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAE POLNICK February 27, 1920 March 16, 2018 With sadness in our hearts, we said final farewells to our sister, mother, and grandmother, Mae Hendry Polnick. Cremation has taken place and Mae's ashes will be spread in Scotland as she wished. Predeceased by her spouse Edward George Polnick, and sister Jean McCormick, Mae is survived by her brother Robert, and sister-in-law Helen; her only son Robert (Heather) Polnick; the light of her eyes, her grand-children, Allison (Chris) Pollock, Lindsay (Rebecca) Polnick, Jennifer Polnick; great-grandchildren, Ella and Ethan. Mae was born in Scotland on February 27, 1920, and immigrated to Canada in 1926 and settling in High Bluff, Manitoba. Mae enlisted in the Canadian Forces (Navy) from 1942-1945, before settling in Winnipeg. Mae's passion was her family. She loved getting together with all of us. She will be missed.
