FELICITE MARIE COURCHENE (CHI-CHI) March 6, 1934 - May 8, 2018 We mourn the passing of our grandmother, auntie, cousin and friend. Felicite is predeceased by her daughter Wanda Mazerolle (nee Courchene); her parents, late Maurice and Sarah Courchene (nee Bunn); brothers, Paul, Edward (Catherine Boubard), Bernard (Evelyn Bruyere); sisters, Marie (Phillip Fontaine), Christina (John Fontaine), Rose (Clarence Guimond), Cecile (Issac Wood), Elize (Felix Fontaine) and Linda Swampy (nee Boubard). Felicite is survived by her grandchildren, Ryan Mazerolle (Kelsie Bunn), Gillian and Morgan Mazerolle; stepson Paul Courchene; and son-in-law Gilbert Mazerolle. She leaves behind numerous nephews, nieces, extended grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins and friends. Born in Pine Falls, MB, she served her community, made a career as a Community Health Representative, and worked for George M. Guimond Care Home for several years. Wake services will be held at Bernice Courchene residence, Fort Alexander F.N. House 1222, North Shore Road. Funeral service will be held at St. Alexander Roman Catholic Church, viewing 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 12, 2018. Father Austine officiating. Active pallbearers: Clifford Courchene, Brian Fontaine, Kurt Wood, Ronnie Fontaine, Glen Guimond, Sam Courchene. Cross Bearer Fabian Jr. Bunn.
