Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARILYN ADA ZUBRECKI (nee JONES) Marilyn Ada Zubrecki died peacefully at St. Boniface Hospital on May 17, 2018 at the age of 82. Marilyn is survived by her husband Walter, brothers, Dave and Gord (Marion), her children, Debbie Zelmer (Ron), Cheryl Thomas (Reg) and Gord Zubrecki (Cathy), and grandchildren, Dawn, Laia, Scott and Lisa, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and younger brother Clifford. Marilyn was born on April 8, 1936, in Saskatoon SK to Clifford and Agnes Jones. She moved to Winnipeg in 1956 where she raised her family and brought joy to the hearts of everyone she encountered. Hers was a simple axiom, put others before oneself, which she did, inspiring scores of others to do so as well. A private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Marilyn's family extends its sincerest thanks and gratitude to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit.

Walter and all of Marilyn's family. Sybil and I are so sorry to hear of Marilyn's passing. She was a wonderful lady and will be missed by all that knew her.
