Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARETTA (SHELLY) DIXON (nee WIELER) On Thursday, May 17, 2018, Margaret "Shelly" passed away at the age of 83. She will be greatly missed by her children, Peter (Kathy), Susan (Clarence), David, Marvin and Glenn, as well as the lights of her life, her nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Peter, and her first born daughter Marion. Mom was born in Morse, Saskatchewan and later moved to Manitoba and raised her family in Winnipeg. Mom lived and demonstrated to us a strong work ethic, important moral values and a strong commitment to family. This is her legacy. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Meadowood Manor Chapel, 577 St. Annes Road. (NOTE: After drop off parking will be available across the street at St. Vital Arena, 580 St. Anne's Rd.) In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.

I am so sad that you have to say goodbye to someone so precious and special as your mother, and my aunt. I will miss those random phone calls where she would briefly tell me about the family and what was going on in your lives. I always enjoyed our visits.
