RANI CLAIRE August 5, 1969 - May 24, 2018 Now resting in peace, we announce the passing of Rani Claire on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the age of 48. She was born in Punjab, India on August 5, 1969 to the late Ranjit Singh and Surjit Kaur Claire. An amazingly strong and independent woman, Rani touched the lives of everyone she met. She fought a long and courageous battle against cancer. She is survived by her children, Samir and Mariam Boulhout, her mother Surjit (late Ranjit) Claire, and her siblings, Satwinder (late Jerry) Alamwala and Pavitar (Rupinder) Claire. Rani was a loving mom, daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many and will be greatly missed. She was a beautiful, caring, and thoughtful woman whose smile lit up any room she walked in. She had a true passion for travel and thoroughly enjoyed her regular movie nights with friends and family. Funeral services will be held in her honour at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 25, 2018 at The Manitoba Islamic Association - Grand Mosque (2445 Waverley St., Winnipeg, MB R3Y 1S3). Rani, you will never be forgotten, thank you for the memories. Your memory is our greatest treasure to have and to hold in our hearts forever. The family would like to thank all relatives and friends for their support during this difficult time.
