Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLEN RECKSIEDLER October 28, 1939 - May 26, 2018 Len passed away May 26, 2018, at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 78 years. He is survived by his children: son Bill (Tammy) and their children, Matthew and Katie; daughter Tannis (Mike) Sawatzky and their children, Kyle (Amy), Cole (Nancy) and Bradley; sisters: Elda (Elmer) Schroeder and Joyce (Butch) Harder; brother Dennis (Sylvia) Recksiedler and numerous nieces and nephews. Len was predeceased by Willene (nee: Young) Recksiedler. Len had a deep love for farming, gardening and delivering his fresh vegetables to friends and family. He made daily calls to friends and family. The funeral service for Len will be held Thursday, May 31, 2018 at the Morris United Church at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place prior to the funeral service at the Sewel Cemetery the day of the funeral at 11:30 a.m. Viewing will take place on Wednesday, May 30 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Morris Funeral Home. The family wish to thank friends and family for all their support and the doctors and staff of the St. Boniface Hospital and the Health Sciences Centre.
