Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRHONDA STARR MARCHANT May 4, 1959 - June 4, 2018 It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Rhonda Starr Marchant, in her sleep, on Monday, June 4, at the age of 59, after some health issues. She was predeceased by her father Ronald Earl Hoover Sr., mother Sylvia Evelyn Huskey; her sister Kimberly Dawn Hoover, and her brother Ronald Hoover Jr. Left to cherish Starr's memory is her daughter Kerri Burns, son Kevin Kirk (Erin Kirk), son James Findley (Kristi Findley), daughter Harleigh Marchant (Mike Schreiber), daughter Dawna Marchant, and 13 grandchildren. We will be having a Celebration of Life from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday, June 11, at the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Winnipeg, 603 Wellington Crescent at Academy Road.
