PHYLLIS ANN HOGG March 7, 1936 - June 12, 2018 Suddenly on June 12, 2018, Phyllis Hogg passed away at the Health Sciences Centre. She is survived by stepdaughter Janette Kuhn and stepgrandchildren, Darryl and Jennifer; sisters, Mary Goodman, Verna Gamache and Jean Kinash; many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by husband John Hogg; parents, Grant and Alice Wright; sisters, Peggy Coumont and Evelyn Hallick, and brother Chuck Wright. Phyllis' first job was in laundry at the Selkirk Mental Hospital, then transferred over to the Manitoba Telephone System, employed there until retirement. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and home care attendants for the care received during her many struggles with health issues. Cremation has taken place, in keeping with Phyllis' wishes there will be no funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Phyllis' name to Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3.
