EVELYN CURTAZ It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother Evelyn Curtaz on June 17, 2018 in Winnipeg, MB. She was born in 1939 in Richer, MB and she was predeceased by her husband Lucien Curtaz and her son Gerry. She leaves behind her children: Daniel (Dana), Patricia (Andy), Nicole (Brian), Kelly (Olive), Diane (Mitch) and Cory (Joelle). She also leaves behind her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her dedication to her family, friends and all those she cared for throughout the many years was unsurpassed. We would like to thank all the third floor staff at Foyer Valade and also to Gerald Fournier for the care they provided to our mother. She will be missed greatly but always remembered. Cremation will take place and a Service of Remembrance will be held at Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald Street at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2018. As per our mother's wishes, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Movement Disorder Clinic. E.J. COUTU & CO. FUNERAL DIRECTORS 680 Archibald Street 204-253-5086 ejcoutu.ca

  • Auntie Evelyn was a wonderful person - so full of life and fun. She never failed to make me an egg salad sandwich if I asked her - she made the best ones ever! She reminded me so much of my Mom and I'm so sad to know she's no longer with us. I'm sure that she and Mom - as well as others who've passed on - are all together having a wonderful time! Love you Auntie - Rest in Peace. - Posted by: Susan Harder (Niece) on: Jun 20, 2018
