Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAURICE BONIN Maurice Bonin, age 69 years of St. Joseph, Manitoba passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the St. Boniface Hospital from complications with chemotherapy. He is survived by his wife Jocelyn, his siblings, Marielle (Elmer), Monique, Réal (Sandi), and Alain. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Claire Bonin and by his sister Huguette. Maurice was born in Altona, Manitoba on May 31, 1949 and was raised in St. Joseph. He worked in Winnipeg for a few years at three different businesses, a construction company, Canadian Gypsum, and Morden Dairy. In 1978, Maurice and his wife took over his father's business. They operated Bonin Welding Ltd. for 40 years in St. Joseph. He greatly appreciated his customers. According to his wishes cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
