Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJANET PEARL DAVIS March 3, 1961 - June 29, 2018 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Janet Pearl Davis, beloved wife of Ron and mother of Alexis (Steve), on June 29, 2018 at Grace Hospital. I would like to thank the ICU staff for their superb care of Janet the two weeks prior to her departure. Janet was predeceased by her parents, Betty and Ian Macdonald. Janet's home was always open to Alexis's friends over the years and she was known for her laughter and hospitality. She was known as "mom" to many and always lit up a room when she entered. Janet had a generous heart and would be there if you needed no matter the time of day. Janet leaves to mourn her passing her granddaughter Sadie - born July 2, 2018, Aunt Jean, cousins, Alison, Doug and John, and friends we considered family, plus many others. Janet fell in love with Jamaica as you can see from the picture above. She never felt better than when she was there and her pains subsided. As per Janet's wishes there will be no service held. I would like to thank Bardal Funeral Home for taking care of my dear love.

Dear Ron and Alexis, we just found out about Janet's passing today. We were shocked and wanted to express our sympathies to you. Janet lived life to the fullest and always made us laugh. She will truly be missed by many. My heart was broken when I heard that Sadie's birth was a few days after Janet's passing. I know that Sadie will get to know her grandmother because I know the two of you will keep Janet's memory alive for her. We are so sorry for your loss Ron and Lexi. We will always remember all the good times we have had with each other throughout the years. Janet was more than just a friend to us - we were family.
