Jim is survived by his sisters, Barbara McCrindle of Foxwarren and Valerie Butler Gregg of Oak Bluff; brother Tom D. Butler of Boissevain as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur C. Butler and Isabella Butler (nee Panting) and brother Leslie G. Butler. A memorial service for Jim will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in Stony Mountain United Church, 12 Main St., Stony Mountain, Manitoba.
