Noreen or Mrs. Weir, or Joey's mom as we called her, was a kind woman who made you feel welcome the moment she saw you. She didn't hesitate to hug you, to talk to you or to take a couple of bucks from you at cards, happily in fact. We were lucky to spend many late evenings at the Weir home as young adults enjoying her company because she was just one of those cool parents you like to hang around and to hear her stories. These usually meant lots of laughs. -To Rod and family, we are so sorry for your loss. We share in your grief and we will miss Joey's, Farmer's and Jim's mom very much. - Posted by: Ger & Pat Gagnon (Friends of the family) on: Aug 05, 2018
