BERNARD (BEN) HIEBERT September 5, 1928 - August 14, 2018 It is with great sadness and love that we say goodbye to Ben who joined his family and friends in God's Kingdom on August 14, 2018. He leaves behind his cherished wife of 68 years, Mary, his daughter Cyndi, granddaughter Amber, great-grandchildren, Logan and Devin, and many more family and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at Bethal Mennonite Church, 465 Stafford St. on Thursday, August 23 at 11:00 a.m., with Tea to follow. Interment will take place at a later date. These hands of yours have done so much these past 89 years. They have planted seeds of kindness and watched them grow into a lifetime of family, friendship and love. We, the family, would like to send our deepest gratitude to the EMTS and First Responders, also the the staff at the St. Boniface Emergency Department including the hospital Chaplain and Dr. Harris. I’m so sorry to hear of Uncle Ben’s passing! My most sympathy to you and your family. I remember him as having a great sense of humour and we always laughed a lot when we got together.
