WALTER T. MCDONALD July 2, 1938 - August 13, 2018 Walter passed away at St. Boniface Hospital the evening of August 13, 2018. He was predeceased by his mother Agnes McDonald (nee Choquette) and father Duncan McDonald. Walter was born at the St. Boniface Hospital. Walter was a gifted wood carver and painter. He enjoyed canoeing which provided inspiration for his art. After short employments with Honeywell Controls and CP Rail, Walter began his career as an Electronic Technician with CN Telecommunications in 1965 till his retirement from CN Signals and Communications in 1994. He was a faithful contributor to lay ministerial activities at St. Bernadette Church where his Funeral Mass will be held 9:00 a.m., Thursday, August 23. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be members of the Knights of Columbus.
