MARCEL DAENINCK Surrounded by his family, Marcel Daeninck boarded his 'Golden Rocket' peacefully on Friday, August 10, 2018 after a diagnosis of an aggressive cancer two weeks earlier. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Louise and children, Paul (Monica Furer), Tom (Karen), Liz, Anne (Rob Young), and Stephen (Kathy); as well as his sister Irene Lemoine. He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Christopher, Michelle, Felicia, Cami, Lauren, Morgan and Declan. In keeping with Marcel's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Friday, September 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Bernadette's Roman Catholic Church, 820 Cottonwood Road with a reception to follow at Niakwa Country Club, 620 Niakwa Road.
