JACK BOYD It is with great sadness that the family of Jack Boyd announces his passing. Jack passed away September 21, 2018 at St. Boniface Hospital, he was 77 years of age. Left to mourn his passing: his partner, Linda Mouflier; three stepdaughters, Diana (Carl) Buhler, Angie Whyte and Michelle Mouflier; a son and daughter, Rusty (Lori) Boyd and Terri (Jim) MacDonald and their mother Mary D. Boyd, as well as five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his parents, John and Euphorsine Boyd; brothers, Andrew Boyd and William (Bill) Boyd; and sisters, Clara Boyd, Rose Marie Thorton and Mary Boyd. A special thank you goes to everyone who came to the hospital to make sure Jack was never alone in his time of need and also to those who were able to visit. A memorial reception celebrating Jack's life will be held at E.J. Coutu & Co. Funeral Directors, 680 Archibald Street, Winnipeg, MB on Friday, September 28 from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, because Jack was such a lover of animals, the family suggests donations be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or to CancerCare Manitoba.
