IRENE AMULAR October 20, 1925 - October 3, 2018 It is with great sadness that our family announces the passing of Irene Pagkalinawan Amular on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the age of 93 years. Irene was born in Quiapo, Manila, Philippines on October 20, 1925. Predeceased by husband Emiliano Amular and siblings, Lucio Pagkalinawan, Angela Pagkalinawan Videna and Gervacio Pagkalinawan. She is survived by her children, Linda (Tasyo) and Ispin (Levie), grandchildren, Dennis (Debbie), Christian, CrissyVel, Mary Anne and Charlene, great-grandchildren (Brandon), nieces, nephews and friends. Irene's life was a blessing and her memory was a true treasure. She was easy going and dependable. Always in our hearts, never forgotten, forever missed. The Reyes and the Amular families would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the doctors and staff at the Health Sciences Centre, Victoria Hospital and Riverview Health Centre. Lamay/Viewing will be held at Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd., Winnipeg, MB on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 to commence at 6:00 p.m. with Vigil Prayers at 8:30 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin St. with Rev. Father Nepolian Suvakin presiding. Cremation will take place and interment will be in the Philippines at a later date.
