My condolences goes out to the family of Frank. He was a very special man that held a special place. Knowing Frank from the Lockport Children's Festival for many years, Frank always made sure that he would come and greet me and let me know that he was there and ready to put smiles on many people, big and small. Frank was never afraid to tell it as it was even if you didn't like what he had to say. You will always be remembered Frank. - Posted by: Wanda Yanosik (long time friend) on: Nov 14, 2018

Sending my deepest sympathy to the family of Frank. I have many fond memories of him coming here to Murillo, Ontario to race his horses at the Murillo Fair along with my Dad. My family spent a lot of summers in Manitoba doing the horse racing circuit with Frank. Those memories I will treasure. - Posted by: Tricia Taggart[Foresta] (Friend ) on: Oct 27, 2018
