BRIAN LEONARD BELL January 8, 1953 - October 25, 2018 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Brian Bell at age 65. Brian will be loving remembered by his wife Kathy, children, Michael, David, Steven, Tessa, Gallia, Raylene, Creed and Clifford, as well as grandchildren, Jett, Amileo, Finley, and extended family. Brian was born and raised in Winnipeg and attended Grant Park High School where he made many life long friendships. Brian began his career with Pepsi Cola and from there moved on to Woodhaven Toyota and Birchwood Automotive Group. He was a highly successful member of the sales team and he loved working with and meeting new people. In 1991, Brian and Kathy opened their home to fostering children, something they continued to do to this day. Brian loved playing pool and being with friends. He was a proud sports fan who supported the Jets, Blue Bombers and Dallas Cowboys. A funeral service celebrating Brian's life will be held on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald St. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Brian may be made to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation. It's been over a year since your father's passing, hearing everyone's stories in that packed church made me see how many lives the guy affected. I still remember your pops helping me procure my first car. The smell of orange Vick's cough drops as he was showing me brochures for Corolla's and Celica's at his desk. lol. Showed me how to drive standard in that red Honda Civic demo. Shifting gears without the clutch. And all I remember is him saying, "sports clutch, I don't need it. I taught Andredi!!" Didn't even grind the gears, was clean shifting. never saw it or heard of it before. Yeah - he helped me buy a Honda, not even a Toyota. Even went so far as to get me in contact with a sales rep from Birchwood Honda. Super guy and great family. I can't imagine what it feels like to lose a father. My well wishes to you all. - Posted by: Carmine Fiorillo (Family Friend, ) on: Nov 24, 2019
