Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCATHERINE CRONIN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine, after a short battle with Pancreatic Cancer. Catherine passed away in her sleep at the Riverview Health Centre on November 18, 2018. Catherine was born on June 5, 1945 in Toronto, Ontario, where she grew up and began her career in human resources. She would spend the entirety of her professional life working in HR, concluding as Director of HR and OD for Qulliq Energy Corp. During her career, Catherine made many lifelong friends, and she was particularly known for her willingness to mentor junior colleagues who sought guidance with their careers. In addition to being passionate about her work, Catherine was a very caring individual who loved entertaining, always keen to share stories and to make sure her guests never wanted for more of her delicious cooking or a glass of wine. She also loved nature and had an almost limitless compassion for animals. Catherine is survived by her daughter Caelin (Dunn), and her son Noah (McLeod). A private celebration of her life will be held for close friends and family. All are invited to sign the book of condolences http://www.ejcoutu.ca/all-obituaries/ E.J. COUTU & CO. Catherine called herself my big sister. She was so generous with her time, energy and wisdom. Catherine was my manager, my coach but most of all my loving friend. It was a blessing having her in my life. God bless her heart. - Posted by: Lily Bale - Feldman (Friend) on: Nov 26, 2018
