RICK POWNEY It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Rick Powney on Thursday, December 13, 2018. In keeping with Rick's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Holy Family Church, 778 Archibald Street.
