Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Roy gave me my first job, a delivery boy at Muir's, and I loved him instantly. He was a lovely lovely man, always gracious and fair. No boss has lived up to his standard since! - Posted by: Guy Maddin (employee) on: Jan 12, 2020

  • Roy Breed and his lovey wife were good friends to my parents, Bill and Eileen Everitt. He used to tease me by threating to take me home because he had only boys. I always those gatherings that brought that whole gang of friends together for a BBQ or those Grey Cup parties! Such wonderful people and lots of happy memories. I was greatly saddened to come across this obit. Rest in peace. - Posted by: Shelley Bergen (nee Everitt) (Family Friend) on: Jun 03, 2019

  • Dear David, It is with sadness that I read of your dad’s passing while on a cruise in Asia. Our sincerest condolences to you, your mum and all of your family. I would phone you but do not have your phone number. It would be great to have a chat. Your dad was always a friendly and gentle man and you will surely miss him. If you want to email me your phone number I will get in touch.
