CHARLOTTE IRENE PENNELL March 29, 1947 - December 19, 2018 It is with deep sadness that her family announces the death of Charlotte on December 19 in Winnipeg at the age of 71. Charlotte was predeceased by her parents, George Raymond Pennell and Marjorie Ruth Kinnear, and husband Edward Domaratzki. She will be deeply missed by children, Mary (Mario), Ruth (Derek), Michael (Kristy) and Rachel (Kerry); as well as grandchildren, Amelia, Jasper, George, June and Margaret. She is survived by her sister Linda, and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Charlotte's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial mass celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Vital Catholic Church, 1629 Pembina Highway. She will be interred in Ethelbert at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Villa Rosa or Willow Place. The Coutu family in care of arrangements: E.J. COUTU & CO.
