RICHARD ARMIN BURRON December 26, 1950 - December 26, 2018 After a brief illness, our beloved brother, cousin and friend passed away at the Grace Hospital the afternoon of December 26, 2018, on his 68th birthday. Rick was predeceased by his parents, Armin and Elsie Burron. He is survived and dearly missed by his sister Bev and brother-in-law Randy Duvell; his cousins, Bruce Burron, Dan Tooth, Roxanne Giesbrecht, Rhonda Auld; and many good friends, including Leonard (Patty) Bretnall, Eph (Barb) Bergman and Chris, Kate and Shelby Manson. Rick was born and raised in Fort Garry, where he continued to live and work throughout his life. He loved fast cars and following his passion, became a mechanic - apprenticing at Canadian Tire and then opening his own shop - Bronco's Auto, specializing in performance auto and marine. Rick enjoyed fishing and often drove his "motorhome" on weekend trips to the Whiteshell and Lake of the Woods to visit friends, drink a few beers and "wet a line". He also enjoyed his annual "busman's holiday" each fall when he travelled to the Hudson Bay Coast in northern Manitoba to help open a waterfowl hunting lodge for the season. Rick lived life fully and happily - moving to the beat of his own drummer. The family would like to thank the staff of the ICU units of the Health Sciences Centre and the Grace Hospital as well as the staff on the Third Floor of the Grace Hospital for the kind and attentive care they provided to Rick. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Much loved never forgotten!
