CATHERINE (MARY) MAHOOD It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Mary (Maw) Mahood on December 26, 2018. She was born May 7, 1926 in Winnipeg. She is predeceased by her husband Gordon; parents, Elizabeth and Frances; sisters, Betty and Jean; and brother Bill. She is survived by her sister Barbara; her four children, Lori, Mike (Ilza), Pat, and Tannis (Skip); her grandchildren, Nikola (Mike), Quinn and Jade (Pat) and Katie and TJ (Tannis). Mary was an active member of the United Church and a Sunday school teacher in her younger years. After marriage and children she was an active member of East Elmwood community club, she played bingo and bridge and had a was a longtime member of her "girls" club. She was a loving mom and grandma. Her family would like to thank the staff at Concordia Hospital N1 South for their patience and loving care. A memorial service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
