PAMELA NANCY ROSE KINNIBURGH (née CARRIERE) After a long struggle with multiple health challenges, Pam died peacefully in the early morning hours of November 28, 2018, at the age of 74. Pam was born in Flin Flon, MB on August 25, 1944, to Lenore (née Reddick) and Louis Albert ("Bert") Carriere, the fifth of their seven children. The family relocated to Brandon where Pam spent her formative years. Later, as a young adult, she moved to Winnipeg where she worked, married and raised her family. In 2013, when her health began to fail, Pam moved to the Convalescent Home of Winnipeg. Residents and staff of the home will remember her for her kindness, beautiful smile and infectious laugh. Pam overcame the many challenges in her life with her sense of humour and laughter. Pam was predeceased by her parents. She is survived by her children, Lisa, Derrick, Dana, Daron and Daniel and their families who will miss her very much. She is also survived by her siblings, Al, Roger, Brian, Charlene, Carole and Cindy and their families; as well as a few cousins. The family would like to thank the staff of the Convalescent Home for the excellent, compassionate care Pam received in her final years. The family also thanks Pam's cousin Susan for her kind support to Pam and to the family. In keeping with Pam's wishes cremation has taken place. A private interment will take place at a later date.

Condolences & Memories (2 entries)

  • I will always remember you. I didn't know her for very long, but have fond memories of looking forward to our visits. Her making me Cheez Whiz sandwiches when I was about 3 years old. I never had that stuff at home so it was a really big deal to me. Was the first place I had Cheez Whiz and I still eat it today. I wish I had known you better. My Nana, loved and never forgotten. - Posted by: Shayla (grandaughter) on: Jun 14, 2024

  • Pam carried a very bright light in her heart which she shared with all who knew her. Her light will shine forever in the hearts and fond memories we all have of herā¤ - Posted by: Lynn Gach (Sister-in-law) on: Dec 29, 2018
